Panacea Health Clinic is open Monday to Friday 09:00am to 06:00pm and Saturday 09:00am to 02:00pm. Consultation is ideally by appointment however walk in appointments are available. Urgent appointments usually can be accommodated. Please advise the Receptionist if you require a long consultation (longer than 15 mins) when making your appointment.

You can book GP, nurse and allied health appointments using the link to the right. Existent patients of the clinic can also book appointments online directly through health engine and other online services including script renewals, referrals, and test results.
In an effort to maintain patient confidentiality and to minimize disruption, Doctors do not accept phone calls when in consultation except if it is an emergency. They may accept calls between consultations but will usually call the patient back.
Home visits may be arranged for regular patients living within a reasonable distance from the practice who are too ill to travel, have no means of transport or who are disabled. Emergency home visits may not be possible during surgery hours, in which case an ambulance should be called.
Please advise the Receptionist if you would like to be involved in the reminder systems: i.e. for blood tests, follow-up procedures, diabetic management, asthma management etc. This service can be arranged for you.
If you require urgent medical treatment outside of practice hours, you may contact National Home Doctor Service on 13 7425 and they will arrange for a Doctor to visit you at your home. Alternatively you may attend Westmead Hospital.
Patient records are stored on a main computer that may only be accessed by Doctors and staff at Panacea Health Clinic. Patient’s health information and personal details remain strictly confidential and are only released to other health professionals or for research purposes (if the patient’s written consent is obtained).
The General Practitioners at Panacea Health Clinic bulk-bill. Please bring your Medicare card, and any Healthcare/Pension card with you when attending our practice. There may be a cost associated with services such as medical examinations for employers and some pathology tests if you are referred to a specialist. Visits to the practice nurses are free. Visits to our psychologist are free if your are eligible for ATAPs funding. Costs are associated for psychologist visits covered by Medicare or your health fund. Out of pocket costs are associated with visits to our midwives and lactation consultants. Ask our receptionist for details.
The Doctors and staff at Panacea Health Clinic welcome any feedback, whether positive or negative. Feedback may be placed in the suggestion box located in the waiting room.
